The Viper Eco20 is a brushed speed control designed specifically for use in RC model cars.
It has a 20 turn motor limit, what this means is that you can use any, DC brushed 540 motor, or smaller, as long as the number of turns on that motor are 20 or more. For example, a 10 turn motor is not appropriate but a 35 turn motor would be.
The Eco20 is the perfect speed controller for anybody wanting to either upgrade their old speed controller for a no nonsense 20 turn reversible electronic speed control or for anybody who uses scale model RC cars for fun. It can also be set to run in forwards and reverse or forwards and brake only modes, effectively giving you two speed controllers for the price of one!
The Eco20 is a popular choice from the ever popular line of Viper car speed controls, this is due mainly to all the features that are included, such as a built in failsafe, 100% proportional, fine throttle control in both directions, and motor stall protection, which is a feature that cannot be overlooked when getting stuck in the long grass or undergrowth is a definate possibility. Not to forget that the Viper range of speed controllers are all completely 100% waterproof and designd to work in the wet so even the traditional UK weather doesn't have to stop you having fun!
